Handmade Items

All bows, smocks, and accessories are handmade. Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in fabric placement, pattern alignment, embroidery, sizing, and other small details are normal and make each piece unique. No two handmade items will be exactly alike.

Colors & Product Images

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of fabrics and materials.

Production

Each order is made to order unless otherwise stated. Production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and seasonal demand. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are subject to change.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. Jenna’s Sassy Bows & Smocks is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, names, initials, sizes, or other customization requests once production has begun.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes

Requests to modify an order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed. Any changes must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to the status of production.
